- Customers are responsible for returning items except for defective items which seller will provide a shipping label
- Return labels may be requested but will be deducted from customer refund
- Customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship an order due to insufficient or wrong address – Refunds for such items will be provided less the shipping cost; and for Free shipping items a fee of 25% of the list price

We accept payments for major credit cards, debit cards
- Products may take 1-3 days to be shipped out
- All shipped orders come with a tracking number – please contact USPS directly with tracking number if you should encounter any issues with the shipping (e.g. “Delivered” status, but order not received by customer)
- The seller is not responsible for items that are “delivered” but not received by customers.
